Payment Map

Two clickable maps of the cross-border payment business: one starts from customer scenarios and shows who serves what, with the trade-offs; the other opens up a single node to show where one bank's capabilities are rented from, and who rents them onward.

Section 1 is the industry skeleton — 61 providers across four layers, filterable by player or business direction. From Section 2 on, each section dissects one licensed institution — Banking Circle, ClearBank, LHV, Bank Frick (Chinese only for now).
